Thermal tint warranty

- Product free from manufacturing defects
- Fading
- Peeling
- Installation defects
- Compensation by film replacement, for the first buyer only
Not covered
- Scratches or film lifting caused by window movement or dust
- Cleaners that cause the film to oxidise
- Removal of the film or part of it
- Film removal due to traffic-regulation violations
- Servicing outside the Diamond Car Pro centre
Care instructions
- Do not open the windows for 48 hours
- Do not wash the glass for 7 days
- Do not touch the film edges
- Bubbles disappear within 4–6 weeks
- Not following the instructions voids the warranty
Cleaning
- Ammonia-free cleaners
- Wipe with a soft, non-abrasive cloth
- Present your invoice for servicing
Paint protection film (PPF) warranty

- Product free from manufacturing defects
- Adhesive failure
- Installation defects
- Compensation by film replacement, for the first buyer only
Not covered
- Tearing caused by misuse
- Impact from flying objects
- Sandstorms
- Accidents and scrapes
- Deliberate damage or chemicals
- Slight colour change on white cars
- Servicing outside the Diamond Car Pro centre
Care instructions
- Do not wash the car for 7 days
- Use approved, petrochemical-free products
- Do not travel right after installation
- Service every 6 months (not doing so voids the warranty)
- Self-healing takes 4 weeks
- Present your invoice for servicing
Nano ceramic coating (9H) warranty

- Continued effectiveness
- Compensation by re-applying the coating layers, for the first buyer

- Sandstorms
- Accidents and scratches
- Leaving bird droppings for a long time
- Chemicals
- Dirty cloths
- Polishing the car
- Servicing outside the Diamond Car Pro centre
Care instructions

- Use nano and wax products after every wash
- Remove bird droppings within 4 hours
- Service every 6 months (not doing so voids the warranty)
- Present your invoice when servicing
